Terms and Conditions

- Note black out dates apply.
- If you are an employee booking for a friend or family member, please call 预订 weekdays between 11:00 am and 3:00pm MST 970-754-7433.
- You cannot give your employee ID# to a friend or family member in order to book. Misuse may result in termination.
- Employees must book with at least 48 hours’ notice to guarantee access to their discount. Epic Mountain Express shuttles sell out frequently during the ski season. It is recommended to book with at least 2 weeks’ notice to ensure availability.
- EXISTING EMPLOYEES need to make their travel reservations prior to the separation paperwork being completed. Once the employee is separated we do not honor any further discounts.
Discount Structure and Additional Fees
- Please note - misuse of discounts will result in termination. Epic Mountain Express counter staff and drivers may ask to see an employee’s photo ID in order to confirm their employment.
- Airport concession fee, short notice fee, and gratuity are not discounted.
- Friends and family traveling 和员工一起 on the same reservation will receive the same discount as the employee.
- Friends and family traveling without the employee will receive a 20% discount. Employee must book on behalf of their friends and family.
- Premier Private cars are discounted at 20% for all active employees, 不活跃的员工, and friends and family members.
- If you are a new employee who has not yet received an employee ID number or if you are an inactive employee returning to work for the winter season, please ask your hiring manager for booking instructions.

- The 维尔 Resorts employee discount is not valid on blackout dates. Current blackout dates include: all Saturdays and Sundays throughout March 2024.

- Each traveler is allowed 2 bags (standard luggage, 随身携带的行李, 滑雪袋), and 1 personal item (such as, a backpack or purse). Any extra bags will incur a charge of $10 per item.
Pre-Payment for Excess Luggage
- If you are traveling with more than 2 pieces of luggage, plus a personal item, please let us know via phone or through booking online. There is a pre-payment option for excess luggage.
Non-Compliance Consequences
If you are traveling with excess luggage, it is crucial that you notify Epic Mountain Express - otherwise, we cannot properly account for enough space on the shuttle.
If you are traveling with luggage that is not accounted for in your reservation, there is a risk of being unable to transport excess items. If there is no space for the unaccounted luggage on your shuttle, your luggage will travel on the next available shuttle. If there is no space on the next available shuttles, we are not responsible for the unaccounted luggage. It will be your responsibility to transfer your excess luggage to your destination. Please notify Epic Mountain Express if you know you will be traveling with extra baggage.
